JOHN E. STELL, JR.

John E. Stell, Jr., a native of Dekalb County, Georgia, has served his clients and community at Stell, Smith & Mattison since 1978.  His practice focuses on local government law, civil litigation, probate and real estate matters. He also serves as a mediator for civil cases, land use matters and local government issues.  He has served as the City Attorney for the City of Commerce since 1992.

TIMOTHY B. SMITH

A native of Winder, now living in Dacula, Mr. Smith is a 1984 graduate of the University of Georgia Law School. His practice includes all types of real estate transactions; representing private and institutional lenders; wills and probate matters; and organizing business entities.

KENNETH A. MATTISON

Kenneth Mattison grew up in Stephens County, Georgia but has resided in Winder, Georgia for over twenty five years.  He joined the firm in 1995.  His areas of practice include commercial and residential closings, commercial and residential lease preparation and review, contract review, business formation, business sales, wills and probate matters.
